#14. Cleo and Íse on quitting Instagram and getting off the internet
I discuss the important topic of Instagram addiction with my sister as I quit the app, again, after only 6 days this time. Cleo and I have weaned ourselves off social media over the years and she has read a lot of books on the behind the scenes of social media companies and the effects on us. We don't get into too much detail on that today so will be following up with another episode to discuss the data.
