Hero Intro
Hello, I'm Íse.
I study how human beings find safety in their bodies, their lives and in crowds. As a practitioner and researcher, I study the interaction between the human condition and social systems, and how that impacts safety, wellbeing, and agency. My writing explores broader questions about behavioural psychology, societal trends, and personal empowerment.
My career has always intersected between events, crowd safety and event transport, and this now has a name. I'm really proud to have written the first chapter on Zone Ex for the Guide to Health, Safety and Welfare at Outdoor Events and shared about its importance in an article I wrote on Taylor Swift's Eras Tour crowds.
I also write about digital minimalism and the impact of our relationship with devices on wellbeing and mental health. My studies of the mind led me to share my own experience with how applying these learnings has transformed my life experience and career. This blends with Human Design and how I use this language to understand how we operate correctly and apply that to improve our relationships and work.
