2019: Design the tender and assess the procurement for a crowd dynamics assessment and report for Operation London Bridge

2022: Support crowd management operations in Bronze and Silver control rooms for both Operation Feather (Lying in State Queue) and London Bridge (Funeral)

Deliverables

• Developed the structure of what crowd dynamics assessment was required for pan-London

• Liaised with Greater London Authority, key London Borough Councils, park management, Royal Household and Palace of Westminster to ensure their plans were captured within the tender and requirements were included

• Assessed the tender submissions to identify and award the contract

• Supported the crowd management operation as event radio controller liaison for both Operation Feather control room and Operation London Bridge Silver control room.
